I dyed my hair almost 2 years ago i dyed it to auburnish brownish color and i want to dye it back to my natural shade wich is dark brown what should I do?

you should go to a prefessional if you want it back to ur natural colour or if u dont want to spend the time or they money there go to a local drug store and and the beautisins there if they have any suggestion and they can also help u to match the colour that your looking for :)

B. since it isn't... just go to a store and get the haircolor that matches to your natural and dye it back.

This happened to me once.

I just waited a bit until my roost were showing, went to the hairdresser and they matched the colour of my roost to the dye colour, and now it's back to my normal colour.

Secret (answer above mine) It wouldn't be grown out yetr unless her hair is really short, hair downs't grow that fast..

and also, it wouldbe much better to got o the hair salon than with her own judgement, I also tried that a couple times and failed.

So I gae up, went to the hair dresser and it's perfect.

cut short and dye as close to root color as you can then keep cutting it til it is all natural

just dye it back!!!! my hair was the same. 12 years ago i dyed my hair a blond color and it was very pretty until i went through the need for an extreme make-over just 2 weeks ago and went back to my natural hair color which is a dark brown. omg when i say i look much better meaning younger, its WONDERFUL. my complexion goes with anything but ive getting compliments left and right so i did the best thing for me. just dye it. what do you mean "what should i do"

If you use a box color, make sure you go for one of the higher end ones, such as Feria. Choose a color that is marked as a "Cool" shade (as "Warmer" or "Natural" coded colors are red based and will brass you out). Choose one that is TWO shades LIGHTER than your natural, since you are covering the darker shade and you want to eliminate the red auburn.

Of course, going to your hairdresser is best if you have the money.

show your stylist a pic of your natural ahir colur and get them to dye it that color you can never truely get your hair back to the natural color
