copper can be different shades from brassy yellow to red with golden highlights. if its golden I consider it a shade of blonde.
I have brown with red and blonde highlights naturaly.
I color it darker brown to spicy red as the mood strikes.
Blonde hair tends to turn darker due to pigmentation and effects of the air and age. Silver hair turns yellowish due to the same affects.Theres a lot of new shampoos that help retain the hue of your hair out there .I've found that the John Freida line works the best.
Why does natural blonde hair get darker with time?and why dont people think copper colored is blonde?
thank you very much. Oh like the glasses to. Report It

i ahve no idea why it darkens...i gues sits all a matter of pigment. Like hair turning grey with age also. As for copper being blonde...most ppl consider any shade of yellow to be blonde...copper is a shade of brown making it a brunette
