depends on your hair. kinky hair are dry at the ends. i love mizani shampoo and conditioner. I don't have anything against over the counter products but you do get what you pay for. it's mainly diluted with water. if you purchase salon products, you are able to use less of the products.
i think any line will do. but what i like is if you want that natural finish look as well, purchase the foaming pomade by paul mitchell. rub it against your hand evenly and apply it on your hair throughout. maybe a little shine will help.
some people use gel or shine pomade around the hairline.. but you must use the right product for your hair type.

you could use Tresemme moisture plus, thats really good it works for my hair and i havent relaxed mine for three years (its really kinky right about now) or you could also try some "Miss Jessie's" hair products ...you can order them online @ www.missjessies.com, get the travel pack and you get minitures of the best selling products. Another thing i use is Paltas (my mum used to use it back in the day and she recommended it to me) I use all of these products ...Hope this is of some help to you...

I just bought "Soft sheen-carson optium oil therapy" i havent used it yet but it does have coconut,olive,avocado and jojoba in it so..But i do know Pantene Pro-v relaxed and natural didnt do nothing 4 my hair.

A lot people like creme of nature shampoo, that's what I use. For a moisturizing conditioner I use suave humectant right now.
