You can dye your hair your own haircolor so people won't notice it's dyed.

but u can either pull a britney spears OR u can cut ur hair short and wait for your roots to come in.
With long hair your natural hair will take about 2 years DX maybe even more
medium like 1 1/2 years or more
and for short about 7-8 Months.
