Depends on the person really. If your a normal looking girl then normal hair with some natural looking highlights looks best, died hair looks good too as long as it looks natural. If your scene/goth/punk/whatever then died hair looks best, like black with some red or purple highlights . It seriously all depends on your style. If you look anything like you do in your avatar then I think dark brown underneath and blonde on top would look best on you. Like Christina Agulara in her music video "Dirty"

I usually like it natural because then I know she isn't trying too hard (which is a turn off to me). I can definately go for Brunettes with a little bit of highlight though.

natural! Unless you can't tell, in which case it doesn't matter, but it's a complete turn-off when you can tell it's been colored.

Honestly, I usually don't know what a girl's natural hair color is all the time. Whatever color hair they have, I assume it's natural... unless it's really obvious (green, blue, multicolored).

Well, it was invented for a reason, and that is because most people aren't born with the sexiest hair available and it gives them a chance to have it.

Colored hair / short hair can be very sexy IF it is done by a person who really is good at it.
